Hello readers!

Remember the JaGaApp community webinars back in July? We had huge successes thanks to the overwhelming responses from you guys. In this issue, we will be sharing with you the webinars’ recordings so you can continue learning to use JaGaApp better at your own convenience!

But before we begin, let us share with you a thing or two on 2 of our webinar speakers: John and Shi Qi. We thought it would be interesting for you to get to know more about behind the scenes of organizing the webinars and JaGaApp!

We asked John and Shi Qi a few interesting questions such as what would they like to say about organizing the webinars, to our users, and becoming a speaker.

Read on to understand more about the people behind your trusted community app 😉

John is a Business Development Manager while Shi Qi is a Senior Executive in the Strategy Department.

If you had to summarize your experience organizing/running the webinar sessions in 1 word, what would it be, and why?

Enjoyment

As a salesperson for the company, I have the duty to share the importance of JaGaApp to our users. Not only that, I have always personally enjoyed the process of sharing the benefits and convenience that JaGaApp brings to our end users.

So, it was really enjoyable being a speaker for the webinar sessions to share these information and help our users understand more about JaGaApp.

As I am part of the Strategy team,  I rarely get the chance to get in touch with JaGaApp users.

I have always wanted to share more tips with the residents, management, and committees on how to use JaGaApp. Probably because I’m a user myself, I want to share with the public how JaGaApp can make our life easier, convenient, and more secure – just like how it did for me! 😊

Tell us about one memorable part of your experience in organizing/running the webinar?

Previously before the pandemic, we used to do “Clinic Sessions” for our end users, with 3 to 4 colleagues stationed at the community to assist other users. It is similar to a workshop where we teach and guide our users on every feature like how we did it in the webinar.

While conducting/running the webinar, it reminded me of how fun and joyous we’ve had previously when we were conducting clinic sessions for our end users before the pandemic.

Teamwork plays an important role in making it happen. Thanks to my colleagues (a.k.a JaGaBuddy) for taking turns to be the presenter and moderator of the webinars, even when most of our webinars are on Saturday or after working hours (most of our users might only be available after working hours).

It was truly glad to see that all of us are working towards the same goal as a team, making it a success.

What does JaGaApp mean to you (aside from it being a company you’re a part of)?

To me, JaGaApp enhances security, communication, and convenience in any neighbourhood. It connects people in the community (residents, guards, and management) together so they can communicate with each other easily.

I know of many incidents where our EA function has saved many of our users from unforeseen problems and accidents and gave them the help they need in time. Didn’t expect to save lives in this company but it feels good and proud to know that our product helped people in many ways.

JaGaApp to me is a key tool connecting the people within the community with technology.

Before joining JaGaApp, I was already a JaGaApp user. Back then, my family and I were excited that our condo is finally adopting JaGaApp since we had prior experience using the Visitor QR Code to visit our relatives’ places.

I think it was also since then JaGaApp actually piqued my interest. It’s also one of the reasons I joined the company, as I wanted to help bring JaGaApp to more neighbourhoods and help them realise a better living with JaGaApp, just like I am having now.

  • I could select between multiple grocery vendors (Lotus’s, AEON, etc)
