JaGaApp 2.0 My Profile

View or Edit Account Details

Tap on “PROFILE” to get started.

Click this icon to edit your Profile Picture.

*You can choose to take picture from Camera or upload from Gallery. Please allow camera access on your phone when required.

Click here to view your linked properties.

Click here to view or edit your account details: Name, Mobile Number, and Email.

*Account email address cannot be changed.

View or Setup Unit Intercom Numbers

Tap on “PROFILE” to get started.

Click “SETUP OF FAMILY MEMBERS/TENANT”.

Click “SETUP UNIT INTERCOM NUMBERS”.

Click to edit each Intercom. All contacts must be local or landline numbers only.

*You are strongly encouraged to save up to 3 contacts here so that your guards can contact the alternative numbers in case the default number (intercom A) is not reachable.

You can manually add the intercom numbers and name or import directly from your phone book.

*Please allow contacts access on your phone when required in order to use the import function.

View or Setup Family Members

Tap on “PROFILE” to get started.

Click “SETUP OF FAMILY MEMBERS/TENANT”.

Click “SETUP MY FAMILY”.

Click “INVITE NEW FAMILY USER” to add your family members into your unit. You will be prompted to add contacts from your phone book.

*Please allow contacts access on your phone when required in order to use the import function.

Search and select the contact of the family members you want to invite into your unit.

Your family member will be added into the list with the status “PENDING APPROVAL”. Once approved by your management, the status will disappear, and he/she will receive in-app notification regarding the approval.

*Please make sure your family member has downloaded JaGaApp 2.0 and signed up for an account. He/she doesn’t need to scan the property QR code in order to be linked to your unit.

View or Setup Tenants

Tap on “PROFILE” to get started.

Click “SETUP OF FAMILY MEMBERS/TENANT”.

Click “SETUP TENANT”.

Click “INVITE TENANT USER” to add the tenant into your unit. You will be prompted to add contacts from your phone book.

*Please allow contacts access on your phone when required in order to use the import function.

Search and select the contact of the tenant you want to invite into your unit.

Your tenant will be added into the list with the status “PENDING APPROVAL”. Once approved by your management, the status will disappear, and he/she will receive in-app notification regarding the approval.

*Please make sure your tenant has downloaded JaGaApp 2.0 and signed up for an account. He/she doesn’t need to scan the property QR code in order to be linked to your unit.

You can also record the details of Tenancy Period here.

*This feature currently supports only for 1 Start & End Tenancy Period i.e. 1 tenant.

You can also activate Tenant Mode if you are not residing in the unit.

*The following features of the unit will not be available to you (as the Owner) if Tenant Mode is activated:
- Emergency Assist
- Visitor Registration
- Facility Booking
The registered tenant will have full access of JaGaApp 2.0’s feature as usual.

View or Setup Emergency Contacts

Tap on “PROFILE” to get started.

Click “SETUP OF FAMILY MEMBERS/TENANT”.

Click “SETUP MY EMERGENCY CONTACTS”.

Click “ADD MORE” to add emergency contacts. These are the contacts that will be notified via SMS when you trigger Emergency Assist. You will be prompted to add contacts from your phone book.

*Please allow contacts access on your phone when required in order to use the import function.

Search and select the contacts that you want to add as emergency contacts.

Successfully added contacts will be displayed here. You can add up to 10 emergency contacts.

*Swipe right to delete any contacts.

  • Change language
  • View or edit linked accounts
  • Recommend JaGaApp (to other communities)
  • View FAQ & Tutorial
  • Talk to JaGaApp Support
  • View Terms of Use
  • View EULA (End User Licensing Agreement)
  • Log Out from your account
  • View your JaGaApp version
