Step-by-step tutorial on using the JaGaApp 2.0 My Profile feature.

Tap on “PROFILE” to get started.
Click this icon to edit your Profile Picture.
Click here to view your linked properties.
Click here to view or edit your account details: Name, Mobile Number, and Email.
Tap on “PROFILE” to get started.
Click “SETUP OF FAMILY MEMBERS/TENANT”.
Click “SETUP UNIT INTERCOM NUMBERS”.
Click to edit each Intercom. All contacts must be local or landline numbers only.
You can manually add the intercom numbers and name or import directly from your phone book.
Tap on “PROFILE” to get started.
Click “SETUP OF FAMILY MEMBERS/TENANT”.
Click “SETUP MY FAMILY”.
Click “INVITE NEW FAMILY USER” to add your family members into your unit. You will be prompted to add contacts from your phone book.
Search and select the contact of the family members you want to invite into your unit.
Your family member will be added into the list with the status “PENDING APPROVAL”. Once approved by your management, the status will disappear, and he/she will receive in-app notification regarding the approval.
Tap on “PROFILE” to get started.
Click “SETUP OF FAMILY MEMBERS/TENANT”.
Click “SETUP TENANT”.
Click “INVITE TENANT USER” to add the tenant into your unit. You will be prompted to add contacts from your phone book.
Search and select the contact of the tenant you want to invite into your unit.
Your tenant will be added into the list with the status “PENDING APPROVAL”. Once approved by your management, the status will disappear, and he/she will receive in-app notification regarding the approval.
You can also record the details of Tenancy Period here.
You can also activate Tenant Mode if you are not residing in the unit.

Click “SETUP MY EMERGENCY CONTACTS”.
Click “ADD MORE” to add emergency contacts. These are the contacts that will be notified via SMS when you trigger Emergency Assist. You will be prompted to add contacts from your phone book.
Search and select the contacts that you want to add as emergency contacts.
Successfully added contacts will be displayed here. You can add up to 10 emergency contacts.
