Community feedback is normally escalated in one or more of these channels such as WhatsApp group, emails, physical forms, and phone calls.
There are inherent problems with providing multiple channels to the residents to lodge feedback – it makes filing and reporting tedious for the management. There are also tendencies for the management to overlook feedback cases without proper documentation and filing, which may lead to the lack of follow-up in some cases.
