These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase of fire extinguishers and water bottles (“Products“) offered by Fire Fighter Industry Sdn Bhd and OVER. We, Red Ideas Sdn Bhd (“Company“) act as an intermediary to provide a platform to sell the Products to the users (“Users” or “Residents“).

By purchasing the Products, Users agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1.     Product Information and Pricing

1.1     Product Descriptions: The Company provides accurate and up-to-date descriptions of the Products on the platform. However, the Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content provided.

1.2 Pricing: The Company reserves the right to adjust the prices of the Products at any time without prior notice. All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Please ensure that you make payments in MYR to avoid any discrepancies.

2.     Purchase and Payment

2.1     Ordering: Users may place orders for the Products through the Platform. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order placed.

2.2     Payment: Users must provide valid and accurate payment information to complete the purchase. The Company only accepts Bank Transfer as the payment method. The bank account details will be provided on the checkout page. Please ensure that you include your name as the payment reference and send us a copy of your payment receipt via WhatsApp for easy identification.

2.3     Order Confirmation: Once Users have successfully placed an order with the payment confirmation, the Company will proceed with order processing accordingly.

2.4     Payment Security: We take the security of your payment information seriously and adhere to stringent security protocols to protect your financial details.

2.5     Order Verification: In some cases, we may require additional verification to ensure the security of your order and payment. If your order needs verification, we will reach out to you via email or phone to request the necessary information. Please promptly respond to such requests to avoid any delays in order processing.

2.6     Payment Failure: If your payment fails to process, please ensure that you have entered the correct payment information or that your account has sufficient funds. In case of payment failure, you may need to retry the payment or use an alternative payment method. If the issue persists, please contact our sales support for assistance.

2.7     No Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us before placing it. We are not responsible for any errors, damages, or defects in the products or services that you receive.

2.8     Payment Disputes: If you encounter any payment disputes or billing-related issues, please contact our sales support team as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter and work towards resolving the dispute in a fair and timely manner.

3.     Processing Time

3.1     Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1 – 2 business days. Please note that this processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

4.     Shipping and Delivery

4.1     Shipping: The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery of the Products. The Company has offered FREE shipping for all orders within Peninsula Malaysia only, sponsored by DHL.

4.2     Delivery: DHL will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided during the order placement. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, DHL may make additional attempts or leave a notification for you to arrange an alternative delivery time or pick-up location.

4.3     Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for orders within Peninsula Malaysia may vary depending on the batch schedule. As we deliver the merchandise in batches, the delivery date will be advised later by email. However, please understand that unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as batch consolidation or other factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

4.4     Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment. You can use the provided tracking number on the DHL Track & Trace webpage (https://www.dhl.com/my-en/home/tracking.html) or contact DHL customer service for further assistance.

5.     Product Defects

We are not responsible for any product defects that are caused by factors outside our control, such as incorrect or incomplete delivery address, customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, theft, or vandalism. In such cases, we will not issue any refund or replacement. You may reach out to the respective company platform for any clarification.

6.     Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our sale support immediately. We will work with DHL to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.

7.     While Stocks Last

This offer is only valid for a limited time and depends on the availability of the products. If you are interested in purchasing any of the items, please act quickly before they run out of stock.

8.     Intellectual Property

Users acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade names, and logos associated with the Products, are the property of the Company or its respective owners. Users shall not use, copy, modify, or distribute any intellectual property without obtaining prior written consent from the Company or the respective owners.

9.     Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase of the Products.

10.     Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

11.     Privacy Policy

The Company respects the privacy of its Users. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on our platform.

12.     Modifications to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the most current version of the Agreement regularly.
