App Update Preview #1 - Express Pre-registration
We are enhancing our Visitor Pre-Registration flow in the next app update.
We realised that a large percentage of our 1.4 million monthly visitors are parcel and food deliveries and that many users are finding it difficult to share QR codes with these delivery riders.
We will be introducing express pre-registration for parcel and food deliveries.
In the new flow, you would just need to fill in the name of the delivery company so that the guards are aware of incoming deliveries to your unit.
You will still receive notifications including their details that the guards would fill up when the delivery arrives.
Remember this function basically allows residents to notify guards of an impending delivery. No QR code will be necessary.
