The latest buzz about JaGaApp's Marketplace
We hope everyone is having a great week thus far! If you are having a bumpy one though, we are here to add some good news to your week.
In our previous edition we talked about the 9 features that you would have definitely missed out in JaGaApp, but how many of you noticed that we have actually launched a new section in our Marketplace at the end of last week?
That’s right, we launched a new section in the Marketplace for all you bargain hunters out there. This edition will be used to tell you all about it!

The Six W's about our brand new E-Vouchers Feature
E-Vouchers is a new section in the JaGaApp Marketplace for our users to find exciting and interesting deals.
In it, you’ll find promo codes to be redeemed for purchases either made online or offline. It largely depends on the merchant, but some of the deals you can find now are BIG Pharmacy (offline redemption), Kenny Rogers Roasters (offline redemption), groceries from Farmly and HappyFresh (online redemption), cake marketplace from Cake Together (online redemption), durian product specialist from MountainCat (online redemption) and e-commerce sites such as Lazada and ZALORA.
We’re working round the clock looking and curating for a list of merchant partners that would bring you more goodies, and this is just one of the many avenues that we hope you’ll get some value out of.
Open your JaGaApp, tap on Market and you will find it right below the Preferred Vendors section. You can click more to view all the vouchers available, as you are brought into that page, you’ll find yourself a few tabs:
Vouchers – Browse through all the latest vouchers here!
Claimed – Find the vouchers that you have claimed & start redeeming it before it’s too late.
History – Go to history to find the past and used vouchers.
You can also access the voucher section by tapping on the hamburger menu button at the top left corner in the JaGaApp Marketplace.
We are (and have always been!) firm believers in the need to JaGa (take care of) our communities and users. The journey to live up to the JaGaSpirit wasn’t easy at times, but the encouraging words we’ve got from our users along the way really got us to keep going when it was tough.
And so, this is one of the many features that we’re actively building on the platform as a means to give back to you! You using and supporting our app regularly is what keeps us going, and we hope that this makes your use of JaGaApp a little more special.
Right now! You can claim the vouchers right away and redeem later when you are at the checkout page or at the physical outlet.
NOTE: Do remember that even if you claim the voucher, when the expiry date arrives, the voucher will expire and move to the History tab.
Its as easy as ABC!
A – FIND the voucher that you want to use.
B – Tap on the voucher and CLAIM it.
C – Tap on “Tap To Reveal Voucher Code” button to REVEAL the code, copy it and paste it at check out page or show it to the outlet counter.
Voucher codes will only be displayed for 1 minute after you click on “Tap To Reveal Voucher Code”. Make sure to only click on it when you are at the checkout page or at the physical counter of the shop.
