1.0    How does the HeyJaGa Concierge Service platform work?
Our platform streamlines the entire process, from selecting a service to confirming your booking, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all your home service needs. Here’s how HeyJaGa Concierge Service works:

  1. Select the service category: Begin by selecting the type of service you need from our list of categories, such as aircond servicing, plumbing, electrical work or home cleaning.
  2. Enter a chat room: Once you have selected the service category, you will enter a chat room and be connected with one of our concierge. Please be patient, our concierge will assist you in finding the right vendor for your specific needs shortly.
  3. Confirm and secure your booking: After appointing the right vendor, you will confirm your booking and secure it with upfront payment. This ensures that your appointment is scheduled and reserved for you.
  4. Receive timely reminders: We will send you a reminder before your appointment date to help you get ready.
  5. Ensure notifications are enabled: It’s essential to have notifications enabled for JaGaApp on your device to stay updated on your booking status, reminders, and any communication from our team or the service provider.

2.0  Is payment required prior to confirming a booking?
Yes, to confirm your booking, we require full payment upfront. Our concierge will collect the payment before confirming the appointment. Once we receive the advance payment, your booking will be confirmed and scheduled accordingly. This process helps ensure that your service provider is reserved for the scheduled time and proceed with the necessary preparations for your service.

3.0  What payment methods are available?
We offer various payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards, online banking, and e-wallets. You select your preferred payment method through our payment gateway provider.

4.0  What is the procedure if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in advance at least 2 working days before 6pm to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 working days of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. You may refer to our Terms of Use here.

5.0  How can I reschedule or cancel a service?
To reschedule or cancel a service, simply contact our concierge via Chat in JaGaApp Market tab. Please note that vendor availability may affect rescheduling options, but we will do our best to assist you with any changes to your booking.

6.0  What should I do if I encounter any issues or have questions during the service process?
If you encounter any issues or have questions during the service process, please reach out to our concierge immediately. You can contact them through the chat feature in JaGaApp Market tab, they will provide prompt assistance to resolve any concerns you may have. You may also refer to our Terms of Use here.

7.0  How can I track the status of my booking?
You can track your booking status within JaGaApp. Simply log in to JaGaApp, navigate to the Market tab, and select ‘History’ from the top left corner. Alternatively, you can go to the Profile tab and click on ‘My Service’. You will find all the necessary details, including the service type, payment status, and scheduled appointment date and time there.

8.0  What if the service provider is delayed or fails to arrive?
If the service provider is late or doesn’t show up for your appointment, please contact our concierge immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may involve rescheduling the appointment or providing a refund. Please be understanding that unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions may cause the delays.

9.0  How can I share feedback or leave reviews?
We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience with us. After the service is completed, you can provide feedback and reviews through the JaGaApp. Your feedback helps us maintain high-quality service standards and improve our platform for future users.

10.0  Are there any warranties provided for the services offered?
We do not provide any warranty for services after they have been completed. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect the completed service before the vendor leaves to ensure your satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with the service provided, please address them with the vendor before they depart to ensure prompt resolution.

11.0  Can I directly communicate with the service vendors?
While we facilitate communication between you and the service vendors through our platform, direct communication outside of the platform is discouraged. This helps us maintain transparency, accountability, and ensures a smooth service experience for all parties involved. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please communicate them through our concierge, and we will be happy to assist you.

12.0  Can I request specific service providers?
Yes, you can request specific service providers based on their availability. Although we can’t guarantee their availability for every booking, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Just inform us of your preference during the booking process, and we will do our best to match you with your desired service provider.
