Home Services Concierge by JaGaApp (App Version 1.5.1)

We’re absolutely thrilled to unveil the latest app update for our brand-new Home Services Concierge feature on JaGaApp! It’s designed to make life easier for you by putting home services just a tap away. With a single click on the JaGaApp Market tab, you can sit back and relax while our dedicated concierge agents take care of all your needs. From air conditioning servicing and home cleaners to electricians, plumbers, locksmiths, and more, we’ve got everything you need, right at your fingertips!

Here’s what’s in store:
(Step-by-step booking tutorials)

Step 1: Submit a service request
Click on the Market tab and choose a service you need.

Step 2: Chat with our dedicated agents
You will enter an in-app chat, where JaGaApp agents will attend to your service request.

Step 3: Share more details with us
Share detailed information with our agents and we’ll find the right people for you.

Step 4: Transparent pricing & know what you’ll pay
We’ll obtain the service quote and collect confirmation and payment from you through the app.

Step 5: Confirm booking and schedule
After payment, we’ll confirm with the service provider and schedule for you. Sit back, relax and just wait for the service date! Let our agents handle the rest.

Step 6: Additional payment
Some services may need additional payment upon site visit; the vendor will request payment from you through our agent in the chat.

Important Notes:

  • Stay Alert: Keep an eye on our chat messages from agents to ensure swift booking confirmation.
  • Rescheduling/Cancellation: Need to change plans? Notify our agent in chat for any rescheduling or cancellations, subject to vendor availability and penalties.
  • Read T&C: Take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions before making a booking to ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Past Booking: All bookings made (active/inactive) on our previous marketplace will not be transferred to the new Market tab. 

Bug Fixes and Improvements:
Once again, the team is rolling out more fixes and improvements. A special shoutout to users who provided valuable feedback to us.

  • JaGaID status has been moved to its designated section to make it more accessible. Simply click on the red G button in the center.
  • You can now reupload photo identification for JaGaID verification if outdated.
  • Fixed issue updating intercom numbers without a username; added error message for guidance. 
  • Resolved feedback upload PDF exceeding limit.
  • Fixed issue where tenants couldn’t receive emergency notifications.
