Our superhero feature, the Emergency Assist Button, has undergone a grand makeover. This little hero has been a lifesaver for some of you in various emergency situations, from house fires to urgent calls for help. However, we’ve heard your feedback about occasional false alarms and we’ve made a strategic change.
No more dealing with two gigantic red buttons hogging significant space, we’ve now placed it conveniently alongside the core features. This simplifies the overall design, giving our homepage a major upgrade.
Say goodbye to shouting for help out of the window – just a click on the emergency button, and voila! Reach out to your security guard and family members whenever you need a superhero entrance.
And that’s not all! What’s better than having someone to reach out to and whenever you need help? Imaging this: your circle of help right at the top of the homepage! Now, communicating with your security guard, management office, and your lovely neighbours through JaGather is a breeze, all conveniently on the homepage.
And here’s a game-changer for the forgetful minds like ours: ever caught yourself wondering, “Have I paid my bills this month?” Fear not! Now, you can easily check how much outstanding you have and stay on top of your billing info.
‘Tis the season of giving, and we’ve been working behind the scenes to craft some year end surprises just for you. This featured corner is designed to enhance the overall experience of community living by offering you specially curated services and rewards for your convenience.
