This was caused by a glitch in one of our app’s automated processes, which accidentally triggered the same notice to be sent multiple times.
Our tech team identified the issue quickly and resolved it immediately. We’d like to reassure you that this was a minor technical error and we’ve already put additional safeguards in place to prevent it from happening again.
