New in JaGaApp: Do Not Disturb Mode, Enhanced Feedback, and More! (App Version 1.5.7)

We’ve been hard at work to bring you some incredible new features, and we’re beyond excited to share them with you! From smoother interactions to new tools that give you even more control, we’ve packed this update with improvements designed just for you. Let’s dive into what’s coming your way:

Do Not Disturb Mode – Away for a break?

Heading out of town? Need some quiet time? Now you can activate Do Not Disturb mode whether you’re away or busy. Note that the guards will still have the option to register visitors into your unit for emergency or any unforeseen circumstances while following existing SOPs. You can also choose to allow entry for any pre-registered visitors.

Property Status & Quick Actions – Everything at a Glance

Your homepage just got a little makeover! Now, you will be able to see your property’s status clearly with badges (1 at a time, when activated):

  • Do Not Disturb mode
  • Tenant mode (Rented)
  • Suspended mode

But that’s not all—managing your property is now quicker than ever with Property Quick Actions. Everything is just a tap away.

Auto Vendor Pre-Registration – One-Click Convenience

Booking a home service just got simpler! With our new upgrade, when you book for a home service, our concierge team will assist to pre-register the vendor. All you need to do is confirm the details, and you’re all set—no extra steps, no hassle. Get ready for an even smoother booking experience! Refer to the steps below for more details:

Step #1: Upon your booking confirmation, HeyJaGa Concierge team will fill in the vendor’s details under Contractor/Worker and send it to you for confirmation.
Step #2: After your confirmation, the QR code will be generated and our concierge team will send it to the vendor.

Important Notes:

  1. If Contractor/Worker requires approval, the QR code will only be generated after Management’s approval.
  2. If Contractor/Worker is disabled by the management, this feature will not be available.

Enhanced Feedback – Smoother Than Ever

We’ve revamped the Feedback feature to make communicating with your property management smoother than ever! With a fresh, intuitive design, it’s now faster and easier to submit and follow up on requests. Plus, you’re in full control—you can cancel feedback anytime if needed, and even attach video to provide more detailed information. Whether it’s a quick update or something that needs extra attention, you can now show, not just tell!
