As the year comes to a close, the JaGaCrew looked back on all that we’ve accomplished and all that we have to be grateful for.
And, boy, has it been a wild ride!
In this year-in-review newsletter, we’re excited to share some of our biggest achievements and highlights with you.
From upgrades to JaGaApp to record-breaking success with JaGaPay, it’s been a fantastic year for our company. We hope you enjoy reading about all that we’ve accomplished and we look forward to continuing to serve you in the coming year.

More neighbourhoods are onboarded to our integrated solutions this year, which is a good thing! Our solutions are designed to work better together, after all.
In fact, 1 in 3 of our new clients are subscribed to at least 2 products, while 1 in 5 new clients are subscribed to at least 3 products.
As more and more features like real-time patrol data and cloud-controlled access cards get tighter integrations to the platform, here’s some of the things we plan to do next year:

As JaGaPay has been steadily collecting an average of well over RM2,000,000 per month, thanks to all of you who paid fees through JaGaApp!
While a new product, this was something we thought was a good testament to our offerings, mainly:

This year, we introduced the JaGaSpirit: a culture code that encourages our JaGaCrew to go above and beyond to help others.
Reflecting deeper, helping others was something we had in common among colleagues. Whether was it client rollouts or internal meetings, we always prioritise supporting each other and working together to find solutions.
We believe that by fostering a positive and supportive work environment, we can improve morale, foster teamwork, and ultimately lead to better outcomes for our clients and our work!
That’s also why we came up with the JaGaTotem, a little token we’ve designed for each of our colleagues. We’ve took the time to wrote all about it in an article, so check it out if you’re interested to hear more!
Our partnership team spared no effort to bring your neighbourhoods more too! From new vending machine partners to pilot projects, we’re always looking for exciting things to add to your community.
Some these initiatives generate revenue for our clients too! This means that not only do you get access to exciting new services and amenities, but you can also save money while doing so. Isn’t that cool?
