ii. Close to a plug point
iii. Has service
iv. Preferably close to the guardhouse/CCTV
For SOCAR, it would need to be placed close to the guardhouse.
No, the JMB will not be held responsible for damages. Our partners have informed us that they have insurance in case of any damage.
The JMB will have to pre-inform the RISB team at least 30 days before actual termination date.
YES, the JMB will have to bear the cost of utilities.
