JaGaApp is a community app served to enhance the security, communication, and convenience of neighbourhoods. Core features of JaGaApp includes Emergency Assist, Wireless Intercom, Visitors Management, Noticeboard, Feedback, Facility Booking, etc.
JaGaApp is now made available to both neighbourhood users and public users. However, there are certain features limited to the neighbourhood users. Neighbourhood users are referred to residents of the neighbourhood that have subscribed to our services.
There is a monthly subscription fee charged to the Management/Committee in order to use JaGaApp’s services, but the app is absolutely FREE to use for the residents.
Yes, we encourage the Management/Committee to register for a JaGaApp account. The same credentials which are used for the JaGaApp Admin Panel can be used as long as you’re registered as a user.
This will enable the Management/Committee to have a better understanding of the resident’s perspective so it helps at assisting residents with their queries on JaGaApp. By being more exposed to the JaGaApp platform, the Management will then be able to come out with better solutions to utilize the system better to ease their day to day operations.
Technician team also can utilise JaGaApp as a tool to raise internal issues like defects to be reported to the Building Manager.
Public users can enjoy our time-slot service booking platform, HeyJaGa within the app to book and schedule a service to bring to your home. They can also register for JaGaID to enjoy an even quicker check-in process at guard house with JaGaApp.
Guidelines can be set that tenants are required to sign up for JaGaApp and their tenancy agreement to be submitted accompanying the application.
Encourage the tenants to use In-App Payment, compulsory Facility Booking via Tenant Mode can be activated for units which are tenanted.
In that way, the rights to access the full features of JaGaApp will be passed to the tenants, while owners will still be kept in the loop for Notices sent by the Management/Committee.
Information required to create an account for tenants are the same as for owners.
However, you may also set rules that tenants can only be added by their owners. Hence, owners have to be onboarded as JaGaApp users first.
Tenants are required to submit their tenancy agreement together with the JaGaApp User Sign Up Form. This helps the Management/Committee to understand the movement of tenants in the community better.
