The key Job Scopes for our Business Development Lead/Head of Business Development role are:
- To expand the company’s portfolio by identifying and acquiring new accounts.
- To develop in-depth knowledge of company’s offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Pitch company services to prospects to all the industry experts (i.e. Property/ Building Managers, JMB/MCs, Security Companies, etc).
- To set sales strategy, promotional package and prepare business proposals for potential leads or clients.
- Build and establish a good business relationship with all our client and partners.
- To lead, build, manage and guide the Business Development team to achieve company’s goals and targets.
- To work closely with our Operations team for execution plans and assist in community’s events/campaigns.
